REFUND POLICY

Sterling Institute of Professional Digital Studies Ltd

1. COOLING-OFF PERIOD
You may cancel your enrollment within 14 days of registration for a full refund, provided you have not accessed more than 10% of the course content.

2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
2.1 Full Refund: Cancellation within 14 days with less than 10% course access
2.2 Partial Refund (50%): Cancellation within 30 days with less than 25% course access
2.3 No Refund: After 30 days or more than 25% course access

3. FREE COURSES
Free courses are not eligible for refunds as no payment is made.

4. PAYMENT PLAN STUDENTS
Students on payment plans may cancel but must pay for any content already accessed, pro-rated based on course progress.

5. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email: refunds@sterlinginstitute.edu
Include: Your name, student ID, course name, and reason for refund request.

6. PROCESSING TIME
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval.

7. EXCEPTIONS
Refunds may be granted outside this policy at management discretion for exceptional circumstances.
